FLOATING STAIRCASES

The stair that stops the room.

Open treads, frameless glass, light passing straight through the middle of the house — floating staircases are our showpiece work, and every one starts on our own factory floor.

Engineered, not improvised.

A floating staircase is a structural exercise wearing a minimalist costume. Ours are engineered per job, precision-cut on the CNC, and installed by the same crew that built them — with LED tread trenching, custom grooving and glass channels machined before assembly, not chased in on site.

See them standing.

Our Cronulla and Canley Heights projects below are real installs, photographed after handover — oak treads, frameless glass on stainless standoffs, LED strips in the trenches. This is the standard your quote buys.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Asked and answered.

How much does a floating staircase cost?

A steel mono staircase with American oak treads and frameless glass typically lands between $14,700–$19,300 including GST for a standard residential flight — see our pricing page for how that's built up. The exact figure is fixed at the site measure.

Can you add LED lighting to the treads?

Yes — LED trenching is machined into the treads on our CNC during manufacture, so the channels are clean and the wiring is planned before installation day.
