Why do you publish your prices when other stair companies don't?
Because you shouldn't need three site visits to find out whether a staircase costs five thousand or fifteen. These ranges come from the same rate card we quote from — the site measure just turns your range into one fixed number.
What's included in these prices?
Our quotes are fixed-price and cover the full scope: site measure, design, materials, manufacture, delivery, installation and a completion certificate. No hidden extras — if something changes during the project, we discuss it before proceeding.
What moves a staircase up or down within its range?
Step count (the ranges model a typical 6–14 step flight), winders versus a full landing on L- and U-shapes, tread thickness, balustrade length, and extras like LED tread lighting. Travel outside Sydney can add a surcharge — we confirm everything at the measure.
Are these prices including GST?
Yes — every range on this page includes GST.
How much does a curved staircase cost?
Curved and helical stairs are engineered per job, so there's no honest standard range — the geometry drives the price. You get a fixed price after the site measure, and it doesn't change afterwards.
